For 10-year-old Amina, going to school once felt impossible. Her parents struggled to provide even a single meal a day, and paying school fees was out of reach. Most days, Amina helped her mother at the market instead of sitting in a classroom.
Through the Future Africa Initiative’s Sponsorship Program, Amina received full support for her education — from tuition and school supplies to daily meals. Today, she is not only attending school but excelling in her class. She dreams of becoming a nurse, inspired by the doctors she met at a medical camp organized by the program.
“When I wear my school uniform, I feel proud. I believe I can achieve my dreams,” Amina shared with a smile.
Her story is a testament to how education can open doors and restore dignity for children who once thought opportunities were out of reach.
